Sustainable Rubber Disposal

With traditional disposal routes becoming more costly and environmental regulations tightening, finding sustainable alternatives is more important than ever.

Rubber presents a unique challenge, its durable, complex structure makes it one of the most difficult materials to recycle efficiently. That’s where our expertise and green-minded approach comes in. Let us help you manage disposal the right way.

Our Process is Simple

We’ve designed our recycling process to be as efficient and hassle free as possible. Simply arrange a collection, and we’ll take care of the transport, processing, and repurposing of your rubber panels. With clear pricing, nationwide coverage, and a commitment to sustainability, we turn what could be waste into a resource that benefits both your business and the environment.

1
Panels can be collected from pre-arranged collection points or delivered directly to our facility.
2
Rubber is transported securely to the facility. Transport emissions are monitored, and carbon estimates are provided to support sustainability reporting.
3
On arrival, panels are received, stored, sorted, and prepared for processing. All activity is documented, and certificates or receipts can be provided for compliance and record-keeping.
4
All rubber waste is graded according to a strict hierarchy to identify whether it can be reused, recycled, or requires further processing.
5
Wherever possible, suitable materials are reintegrated for reuse to extend their service life, minimise environmental impact and contribute to the circular economy.
6
Materials that cannot be reused are sent to a licensed recycling plant for responsible processing, ensuring full diversion from landfill.

Transport

The CO₂e generated through this initiative comes primarily from transporting rubber waste from collection points to the recycling facility.

Transport emissions are limited to no more than 6.8kg of CO₂e per km and carbon estimates for each collection and delivery will be available on request to support your sustainability reporting.
